Using the AI Help Chatbot

ER/Studio Data Architect offers users additional assistance when seeking help by providing the AI Help Chatbot. Users can ask the AI Help Chatbot specific questions regarding the product and how it's used, and in return, the AI Help Chatbot then works with the user to find exactly what they are searching for.

To use the AI Help Chatbot

  1. In Data Architect, click the Help menu dropdown to display the list of help options.

  2. Click Help Chatbot. If this is your first time to use the AI features within Data Architect, you must read and accept the terms of service before using the AI Help Chatbot.

    The AI Help Chatbot appears once you click Accept.

  3. Type your question in the available field, and then press the Enter key or click the button at the end of the field. The AI Help Chatbot displays, "Thinking ..." while processing your request, and then displays the results when done. You can continue to ask questions or you can submit a support ticket using the provided link.
