Description

Specifies filtering options.

Use FilterOptions to specify the filtering options for the dataset view:

Option	Description
ekNoCase	Case-insensitive string comparisons are performed.
ekPartial	Partial string comparisons are performed.

All these options can be implemented by the programmer using additional constructions in Filter (using the LIKE operator for ekPartial and the UPPER/LOWER functions for ekNoCase).
