説明
アプリケーションの動作プラットフォーム用の TBluetoothGattServer インスタンスのうち、リモート デバイスから問い合わせることができる Bluetooth LE サービスの公開に使用できるものを返します。
必ずしもすべてのプラットフォームで Bluetooth LE をサーバーとして使用できるわけではないので、SupportsGattServer の値を確認して、GetGattServer を呼び出せるかどうかを調べます。
