説明
リストの各項目を有効または無効にします。
ItemEnabled プロパティを使用すると，cbGrayed 状態を使用せずに個別のリスト項目を有効または無効にできます。ItemEnabled を使用することにより，項目をグレー表示にしてユーザーがその状態を変えられないようにしながら，リストボックスに cbChecked の状態を使って項目のチェックマークを表示できます。
Items 配列の各項目に対して，ユーザーがその状態を変更できる場合，ItemEnabled は true です。変更可能な項目は，cbChecked または cbUnchecked の状態を持ちます。
State =cbGrayed のときや，項目がこのプロパティを使って明示的に使用不可にされたときには，ItemEnabled は false です。
