DrawBackground übernimmt die folgenden Parameter:

• Canvas ist die Zeichenfläche, auf der DrawBackground den Zellen-Hintergrund zeichnet.
• Bounds gibt die Grenzen der Zelle an.
• Row ist die Zeilennummer.
• Value ist der Zellen-Wert.
• State ist der Zeichenstatus der Zelle.

DrawBackground wird vor DrawCell aufgerufen.
