Description
Cancels the construction of an object (Turbo Pascal object model).
Releases any allocated memory for this object and returns nil.
Note: You can call this procedure only from constructors in the Turbo Pascal object model (see the keyword
object). In the current Delphi language you can use exceptions: if an exception is raised in a constructor, then that constructor returns nil.
