Defines MagnifierGlass controls.

A magnifying glass is a loupe enlarging an area in a parent control. The magnifying glass control allows changing the magnification factor LoupeScale and has the LoupeMode option that defines whether the magnifying glass is a circular or rectangular lens.

ILoupeService	A service that displays the MagnifierGlass controls.
TCustomMagnifierGlass	The base class for MagnifierGlass controls.
TLoupeFactoryService
TMagnifierGlass	The magnifying glass increases area parent control. It allows to change scaling coefficient LoupeScale. It has two options of display: a circular lens and a rectangular lens LoupeMode.
