Description
Returns a stream from which to read the assembled multipart form.
Call GetMIMEStream after a call to the FinalizeStream method to access the stream from which to read a newly-assembled multipart form. This stream should not be used until after the multipart form is fully assembled.
Release indicates whether the caller is responsible for freeing the stream object. When Release is true, the caller takes ownership of the stream and is responsible for freeing it. When Release is false, the caller should not free the stream that is returned, because the object that implements IMimeAttachmentHandler will free it.
