Attention: ToUpper is deprecated. Please use TCharHelper.ToUpper.
Converts a UTF-16 char to its uppercase equivalent according to the Unicode specification.
This function is overloaded.
Converts the UTF-16 char C to its uppercase equivalent according to the Unicode specification, if it exists; otherwise it returns the value passed in.
Returns a copy of the string S in which all characters have been converted to their uppercase equivalents according to the Unicode specification.
