Vérifie une erreur du système d'exploitation.

Si le paramètre LastError est différent de ERROR_SUCCESS, CheckOSError appelle alors RaiseLastOSError.

Vous pouvez utiliser CheckOSError pour déclencher un EOSError associé au paramètre LastError.
