説明
文字列 AText が部分文字列 ASubText で終わるかどうかを判断します。その際、大文字小文字を区別して比較します。AText が ASubText で終わる場合は true を返します。
大文字小文字を区別しないで比較する場合は、EndsText ルーチンを使用します。
