警告: LeftBStr は非推奨になっています。 AnsiStrings を使用してください。

文字列の最初の特定バイト数分の部分文字列を返します。

LeftBStr 関数は，AText の先頭から AByteCount 以内のバイト数を返します。

メモ：  LeftBStr は，すべての文字が 1 バイト長であると想定しているため，AText にマルチバイト文字が含まれている場合は，正しく機能しません。すべての文字列を正しく処理するには，LeftStr 関数を使用してください。
