ExceptionCode	例外の原因。 EXCEPTION_INT_OVERFLOW など。
ExceptionFlags	フラグ： なし、または EXCEPTION_NONCONTINUABLE。
ExceptionRecord	TExceptionRecord を指すポインタ。 ネストした例外を作成することができます。
