TCustomHintShowHideThread は、渡された TCustomHint を渡された TCustomHintWindow 内に描画するためのスレッドです。このスレッドを使うことで、他の操作とは独立してヒントの描画を行うことができます。このスレッドは、ヒントをアニメーション表示（ヒントを表示/非表示にするときのフェード イン/フェード アウト）するために必要です。
