RemoveChangeNotification メソッドは TCustomTouchManager によって呼び出され、ジェスチャ関連の変更についての通知が必要なコントロールのリストを管理します。 このメソッドが使用可能なのは VCL フレームワークのみのため、直接 RemoveChangeNotification メソッドを呼び出さないでください。
