ストリームから符号付き整数値を読み取ります。

ReadInt32 は、ベースとなるストリームから Integer 値を読み取り、ストリーム ポインタを進め、読み取った値を返します。ReadInteger も Integer 値を読み取ります。これら 2 つのメソッドは似ています。
