Description
Limits the minimum value in the integer field.
Use MinValue to get or set the minimum value that can be entered into the field. If a value smaller than MinValue is entered, an EDatabaseError exception is raised.
If the value of MinValue is 0, the integer field can have a value as small as the native database type can represent. For 32-bit integer fields, this minimum value is -2147483648.
