The protected method that returns the update status of a row in the dataset.

The supported row state values are:

Status	Description
`usUnmodified`	Row is in its original unmodified state.
`usModified`	A row has been modified.
`usDeleted`	A row has been deleted.
`usInserted`	A row has been inserted.
