Sets the value of the BLOB field with the given string value.

SetAsString sets the value of the BLOB field with the given Unicode string. The input Unicode string is first converted to an ANSI string and then assigned to the BLOB value (for backward compatibility). For BLOBs associated with Unicode strings, the TWideMemoField class should be used.
