説明
コンポーネントの Bluetooth Low Energy 接続機能が有効か（True）、無効か（False）を示します。
TBluetoothLE コンポーネントは、デフォルトでは有効です。
Enabled を False に設定した場合、コンポーネントは処理中の Bluetooth Low Energy のオペレーションをいずれも中止し、新たなオペレーションは開始できないようになります。
Enabled を True に設定した場合、コンポーネントは新たな Bluetooth Low Energy オペレーションを実行できます。 コンポーネントは、以前中止されたオペレーションについては再開することがないため、そのようなオペレーションは手動で再開する必要があります。
