説明

四角形を特定の量だけ大きくします。

InflateRect は、DX 分 Left から引き、さらに、DX 分を Right に足すことにより、四角形の Width を増加させます。

InflateRect は、DY 分 Top から引き、さらに、DY 分を Bottom に足すことにより、四角形の Height を増加させます。
