Description

Returns the number of minutes between a specified TDateTime value and the beginning of the same hour.

Call MinuteOfTheHour to obtain the number of minutes between AValue and the start of the same hour on the same day.

Note: MinuteOfTheHour returns the same value as the MinuteOf function.
