Description
CompareOrdinal compares two strings by evaluating the numeric values of the corresponding characters in each string.
This method is overloaded:
- The first CompareOrdinal overloaded method compares
StrA
againstStrB
by evaluating the numeric values of the corresponding characters in each string. - The second CompareOrdinal overloaded method compares
StrA
againstStrB
and allows you to specify from what position in the strings (IndexA
againstIndexB
) to start the comparison, and for what number of characters (Length
).
