Description

Determines whether changes to the task list and custom categories list should be updated in the Windows task bar automatically (True) or if those changes should only be updated in the Windows task bar manually using UpdateList (False).

Exceptions

Setting the AutoRefresh property to True may raise any of the following exceptions:

Exception	Exception.Message	Scenarios
EJumpListException	JumpList exception: Error <code> Beginning List	During the update that your jump list component performs after you enable AutoRefresh, ICustomDestinationList::BeginList returned an error code, and you either did not handle the OnListUpdateError event or your event handler did not mark the error as handled.
	JumpList exception: Error <code> Committing List	During the update that your jump list component performs after you enable AutoRefresh, ICustomDestinationList::CommitList returned an error code, and you either did not handle the OnListUpdateError event or your event handler did not mark the error as handled.

If you set AutoRefresh to True, your jump list component uses the following members that may raise their own exceptions:

• UpdateList
• GetObjectArray
• GetAsIShellLink
