ExceptionCode	例外の原因。 EXCEPTION_INT_OVERFLOW など。
ExceptionFlags	フラグ： なし、または EXCEPTION_NONCONTINUABLE。
ExceptionRecord	TExceptionRecord を指すポインタ。 ネストした例外を作成することができます。
ExceptionAddress	例外が作成されたアドレス。
NumberParameters	ExceptionInformation 配列に含まれる要素数。
ExceptionInformation	追加情報： パラメータの配列。
