説明
コンポーネントが生成または破棄されたときに応答します。
Notification メソッドは、アプリケーションで呼び出さないでください。Notification は、AComponent で指定されたコンポーネントが、Operation で指定された操作（挿入または削除）を受けようとするときに自動的に呼び出されます。
TBasicAction では、System.Classes.TComponent.Notification メソッドをオーバーライドします。Notification は、AComponent で指定されたコンポーネントが、ActionComponent プロパティに格納されているコンポーネントと同じかどうか、そして、解放されようとしているかどうかを確かめます。その場合、Notification は ActionComponent プロパティを nil（Delphi の場合）または NULL（C++ の場合）に設定します。
