Description
THTMLVAlign represents vertical alignment within an the cell of an HTML table.
THTMLAlign describes the value of a VAlign option in a <TD> tag. The following table lists the possible values:

|---|---|
| haVDefault | The Web browser can position contents of cells anywhere vertically. | 
| haTop | Web browsers position the contents of cells in the column so that they appear lined up on the top. | 
| haMiddle | Web browsers vertically center the contents of cells in the column. | 
| haBottom | Web browsers position the contents of cells in the column so that they appear lined up on the bottom. | 
| haBaseline | Web browsers position the contents of every cell within a row so that they all share the same baseline for the first line of text. |
