Description

Sets the Characteristic Value to the String AValue supplied as an argument.

SetValueAsString expects two arguments:

• AValue: A String value.
• IsUTF8: A Boolean value:
  • True: The Value is set as UTF8.
  • False: The Value is set as Unicode.
