Description
Converts a UTF-16 character to its lowercase equivalent according to the Unicode specification.
This function is overloaded.
Converts the UTF-16 character C to its lowercase equivalent according to the Unicode specification, if it exists; otherwise it returns the value passed in.
Returns a copy of the string S in which all characters have been converted to their lowercase equivalents according to the Unicode specification.
