Description
Sets the Characteristic Value to the AValue supplied as an argument.
SetValueAsInt32 expects two arguments:
AValue: An Integer value.Offset: The index value for the array of bytes. The default value forOffsetis0, the first position of the array.
SetValueAsInt32 calls SetValueAs with the data type, Int32.
