Description
Sets the Characteristic Value to the AValue supplied as an argument.
SetValueAsInt64 expects two arguments:
AValue: A Int64 value.Offset: Defines the index value for the array of bytes. The default value forOffsetis0, the first position of the array.
SetValueAsInt64 calls SetValueAs with the data type, Int64.
