説明
HTML テーブルに対してどの位置に Caption 文字列を表示するかを指定します。
CaptionAlignment プロパティを設定すると，Caption 文字列を HTML テーブルの上に表示するか下に表示するかを指定できます。
CaptionAlignment は HTML の CAPTION タグにおける ALIGN オプションの値です。
