Modeling Menus

You can activate most Modeling features using menu commands.
When the Model View or Diagram View is active, then you can use the context menus of these views, some Modeling commands become available on the main menu, and some commands on the main menu provide the new functionality.
These are short descriptions of some Modeling related menu commands:

File menu |
You can use commands from the File menu to export diagrams to image files and print diagrams. |

Edit menu |
You can use commands from the Edit menu to cut, copy, paste, and delete diagrams and diagram elements, select all elements on a diagram, and undo/redo actions. |

View menu |
The Model View command from the View menu opens the Model View. |
|
Project menu |
Use the Modeling Support command from the Project menu to enable or disable the modeling support for specific projects. |

Refactor menu |
The Refactor menu contains refactoring commands. |
|
Tools menu |
You can use the Options command from the Tools menu to set Modeling-specific options. You can use the Pattern Organizer command to open the Pattern Organizer and the Generate Documentation command to generate documentation. |

Diagram View's |
You can use commands from the Diagram View's context menus to add new elements, manage the layout, zoom in and out, show or hide diagram elements, synchronize your diagram with the Model View, and edit hyperlinks. Explore the context menus of the different elements as you encounter them to see what is available for each one. |

Model View's |
You can use commands from the Model View's context menus to manage UML elements of your models. You can add or delete UML elements, cut, copy, and paste UML elements, view source code, show element information, and more. |
