File > New > Other > C++Builder Projects > Resource DLL Wizard
Creates one or more language localization resource DLL projects for a base language project.
Each page of this wizard shows detailed instructions, which you must follow.
Notice that the Resource DLL Wizard provides similar functionality to the Add Languages wizard (Project > Languages > Add…), but the Resource DLL Wizard provides the additional possibility to add to your resource DLL projects extra resource files, such as .dfm and .rc.
