Talk:Adding a File to Version Control
You do not need to commit the file right away it is scheduled for add. This makes it sound like the add will not happen if you do not commit right away, which is not true. The file is scheduled for add.
USc 2010/07/28:
"If the new file is not shown in the Commit to: Location field"
should be changed into
"...Commit to: <Location> field"
(This would be similar to 'contains "Files not under <project directory>"' on the pages
http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/XE/en/Import_Pane
http://docwiki.embarcadero.com/RADStudio/XE/en/Adding_a_Project_to_Version_Control)
Done
Thanks for your comments. I have added them to the help.
