On 06/01/2013 I tried to access the XE4 Update 1 link and it appears to be broken.

For XE4 Update 1:
http://altd.embarcadero.com/release/radstudio/11.0/PAServer/setup_paserver_upd1.exe

The send URL via email link is also broken.
http://installers.codegear.com/release/radstudio/11.0/PAServer/setup_paserver_upd1.exe

Response

The link will go live when XE4 Update 1 is officially released.
