The location of style files needs to be updated for WaterDragon: USER_PROFILE\Public\Documents\RAD Studio\10.0\Styles

On older operating systems the location is: USER_PROFILE\All Users\Documents\RAD Studio\10.0\Styles

The Bitmap Style Designer also supports conversion from VCL to FireMonkey styles and provides test applications to test VCL, FireMonkey and FireMonkey Metro Styles.
