Create Synonym
Go Up to Available object actions by DBMS
You can perform an ad hoc Create Synonym operation against a specific object displayed in the Datasource Navigator. For background information, see Synonyms.

To Create a Synonym for an Object
- Expand the node corresponding to one of the object types supported for this operation, listed in the table above.
- The right-hand pane is populated with all objects of that type.
- Right-click the target object and select Create Synonym from the context menu.
- A Create Synonym wizard opens.
