How to use the Microsoft Resource Compiler in RAD Studio 13

To use the "Microsoft Resource Compiler" in the IDE

1) Make sure you have the Windows SDK installed
2) In the IDE go to:

Project | Options | Building | Resource Compiler | Resource compiler to use
and select
Microsoft Windows SDK Resource Compiler (rc.exe)

3) the rc.exe from the Windows SDK will then be used to compile resources.
