Project1.vrc(1): failed to find / extract cached MinGW includes: PathAlreadyExists

When encountering the following error in the RAD Studio 13.0:

[BRCC32 Error] Project1.vrc(1): failed to find / extract cached MinGW includes: PathAlreadyExists

Follow these steps:

1) Shut the IDE down.

2) In Windows Explorer go to:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\resinator

3) Remove the directory.

4) Start the IDE and "make" the project again.
