When installing Janeva, a JRE Setup window pops up but will not let me install the JRE
Problem:
I do not have the JRE installed on my machine and I am trying to install Janeva. I am prompted to setup the JRE but it will not allow me to select a directory and then warns me when I cancel it. What do I do?
Answer:
The installer will not automatically install the JRE for you. Ignore the warning you are given and cancel out of the JRE Setup portion of the Install. To install the JRE, you will need to run the executable located in your CD's JRE1.4 directory.
