Description
Converts a TDateTime value into a Julian date.
Call DateTimeToJulianDate to convert a TDateTime value into the corresponding Julian date.
The Julian date is the number of days, including fractional days, since 4713 BC January 1, Greenwich noon. Julian dates are used by astronomers, geophysicists, and others who need an unambiguous dating system based on continuing day counts.
