説明
指定された月数で変更された日付を返します。
IncMonth 関数は，NumberOfMonths の月数でインクリメントされた Date パラメータの値を返します。NumberOfMonths に負の値を指定すると，N か月前の日付を返すことができます。
月の入力日が結果月の最終日より大きい場合，日付は結果月の最終日に設定されます。Date パラメータで指定された日付の時刻は結果にコピーされます。
