Description
Creates and initializes a TReplaceDialog instance.
The Create method generates a TReplaceDialog instance, but the new dialog does not appear on the form at runtime until the Execute method is called.
AOwner is the component responsible for freeing the TReplaceDialog instance. It becomes the value of the Owner property.
