Gibt den (Wert) Value des Merkmals als Word zurück.
GetValueAsUInt16 übernimmt Offset als Argument, um den Indexwert für das Byte-Array zu definieren. Der Vorgabewert für Offset ist 0, die erste Position des Arrays.
GetValueAsUInt16 ruft GetValueAs mit dem angeforderten Typ UInt16 auf.
