Description
Copies a PWideChar to another PWideChar.
Use WStrCopy to copy Source to Dest. WStrCopy returns Dest.
WStrCopy does not perform any length check. The destination buffer must have room for at least WStrLen(Source) + 1 characters.
For length checking, use the WStrLCopy function.
