Modeling - Diagram View Management Options

Tools > Options > Modeling > (level) > Diagram > View Management

Here (level) is used to specify that the Diagram View Management options page can be selected in the Diagram, Project, Project Group, and Default branches of the Modeling options tree. (See Hierarchical Levels of Modeling options in the Modeling Options dialog box topic for more information.)

The Diagram View Management options provide filters that control the types of elements displayed on different diagrams.

Filters for Association Link Labels

Filter	Description and default value
Show Associated Class	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Associated Class property of links. The default is True.
Show Client Cardinality, Ordered, Unique	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Client Cardinality, Client Ordered, and Client Unique properties of links. The default is True.
Show Client Redefines, Subsets, Union	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Client Redefines, Client Subsets, and Client Union properties of links. The default is True.
Show Supplier Cardinality, Ordered, Unique	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Supplier Cardinality,Supplier Ordered, and Supplier Unique properties of links. The default is True.
Show Supplier Redefines, Subsets, Union	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Supplier Redefines, Supplier Subsets, and Supplier Union properties of links. The default is True.

Show association links derived from Properties	Controls showing or hiding association links derived from Properties. The default is True.
Show dependency links	Controls showing or hiding dependency links. The default is True.
Show generalization links	Controls showing or hiding generalization links. The default is True.
Show implementation links	Controls showing or hiding implementation links. The default is True.

Show Client Role	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Client Role property of links. The default is True.
Show Label	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Label property of links. The default is True.
Show Stereotype	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Stereotype property of links. The default is True.
Show Supplier Role	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Supplier Role property of links. The default is True.

Show Event Name	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Event Name property of links. The default is True.
Show Receive Time	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Receive Time property of links. The default is True.
Show Send Time	Controls showing or hiding shapes corresponding to the Send Time property of links. The default is True.
