Select Frame to Insert
Go Up to File Menu
Tool Palette > Standard > Frames | click the form's canvas
Allows you to add an existing frame to your existing form. You can choose from any existing frames listed in the dialog.

Search |
Enter a search string. The list of frames automatically includes only those frames that match your search string. If no frame is found, the OK button becomes unavailable. |

Frame list |
Lists all the frames available to be added to your form. To insert a frame, double-click it in this list or select it and then click OK. |
