the first paragraph has messed up chars after the word process

Hi Markus -- Yes, the strange chars in this case represented apostrophe-s ('s). In other cases, the same strange chars can represent a dash or a hyphen or double quotes ("). This is a problem that happened in the migration from XML to the docwiki.

Thanks for pointing out this problem -- I think I fixed it.
