Viewing Version Control Comments
Go Up to Version Control Systems in the IDE
The History Manager offers two ways for you to view comments that were entered into the version control system log:
- On the Contents tab, pause the mouse over any portion of a line in the revision history, in the upper pane. A popup tooltip displays the information for Author, Time, and Comment, taken from the version control history of the current file.
- On the Information tab, click any portion of a line in the revision history, in the upper pane. The associated comment is displayed in the lower pane, in place of the Contents pane.
